"Friendly Staff and Great Cookies"
I’m giving this 4 stars mainly because the staff was just really friendly when I stopped in. It was busy, and the line moved a little slow. Not a huge deal. They were still smiling, answered my question, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The cookies were really good too, but the service stood out the most. I’d definitely go back

"Super Easy Pickup"
I ordered ahead on levainbakery.com and, umm, the pickup was really easy. I got an email, walked in, gave my name, and was out quickly. No waiting around or confusion at all. The cookies were packed up nicely too. I’d definitely do pickup again...

"A little underwhelming as a gift"
Maybe it’s just me, but the plain box made it feel a bit less special when giving it as a gift. The delivery timing also took away from the excitement a little, so the overall presentation wasn’t quite what I was hoping for

"Pretty Good Cookies"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but these cookies actually tasted really fresh and buttery. They have that homemade, real-ingredient kind of flavor. I guess they’re a little more worth it than I expected

"Warm Cookies and an Easy Experience"
The cookies arrived still a little warm, which was perfect. The box was in great shape too, and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. Super happy with everything.

"Good cookies, but the mix-up was annoying"
The cookies were good, and the delivery showed up fine with everything packaged nicely. I was feeling happy about it at first. Then I opened the box and realized one of the flavors I picked was missing and they swapped in a different one. Like, okay, not the end of the world, but also… come on. I got most of my order, so I can’t be too mad, but it was still annoying since I bought them to share.

"Still Really Good After a Quick Reheat"
The cookies arrived a little cold, which I kind of expected might happen, so I popped them in the oven for a few minutes. As usual, a quick reheat made a big difference, the middle got soft again and they tasted almost fresh. Not exactly the same as getting them straight from the shop, but still really good.

"Tasty cookies, but I wish there were more options"
I was in a good mood and really craving something sweet, so I grabbed some cookies. They tasted good and definitely hit the spot, but I did feel like the allergen info and diet-friendly options were kind of limited. It would’ve been nicer to have clearer details and a few more choices

"I was really looking forward to…"
I was really looking forward to trying the signature cookie and expected it to be something special, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It was a bit too sweet and also drier than I was hoping for. Not terrible, just not as good as I expected.

The cookies showed up in great shape, like nothing was smashed or all over the place. The box felt really sturdy and everything was wrapped nicely, which I appreciated. i was expecting maybe a few broken ones, but nope, actually, the packaging was better than I thought it would be.

"Fresh, Soft Cookies"
I don’t have much patience for stale or dry cookies, so I was happy these showed up actually fresh. They were still soft in the middle and tasted like they’d been baked that morning. no complaints from me.

"Big, Tasty Cookies Worth Sharing"
These definitely aren't the cheapest cookies, but they're huge and super filling. I grabbed a box to share, and everyone ended up loving them. for the size and how good they taste, I'd say they're a solid value

"Good Help, Even Though I Felt a Bit Pressured"
I had a small issue with my order tracking and ended up emailing customer service because I was starting to feel a little pressured and worried about where my package was. They replied quickly and were nice about it, which helped. It did take one extra message to fully get everything sorted out, but overall I was happy with how they handled it.

"It was handled okay, but promises weren’t kept"
They handled it okay in the end, but I’m still a bit annoyed. I was told a couple of things would be taken care of by a certain time, and that just didn’t happen. It wasn’t a total disaster, but when someone makes promises, I expect them to follow through.

"Wait felt way too long"
The line took forever, and I started feeling kind of pressured just standing there waiting while everything seemed to move so slowly. I get that places get busy, but it made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

The cookies are good every time I order, so I can’t really complain. They’re usually fresh and tasty, but I don’t know, maybe I’m just being too picky because they’re not always totally perfect.

"A Little Too Sweet for Me"
